Andrew is an award-winning consultant, commercial broker and real estate investor - having realized over $40 million in real estate investment deal value. Andrew currently owns and manages 50+ rental units in the Greater Sacramento region. As an aspiring real estate developer, Andrew has helped realize over $100 million in real estate development value and positive economic impact. In 2018, Andrew led an initiative to help realize entitlements for the 1st Zero Net Energy Affordable Housing Project in Davis’s history - designed to provide record level affordable housing for 2,000 residents. In the past, Andrew was a Senior U.S. Congressional Staffer and Campaign Manager for Congressman John Garamendi, specializing in economic development initiatives. Andrew has helped serve over 200+ small business owners and 4,000+ job seekers in the Greater Sacramento area. Andrew began his work with then California Lieutenant Governor Garamendi in 2008, as the Deputy Finance Director for his gubernatorial campaign, prior to joining AmeriCorps VISTA (Volunteer In Service to America) spearheading community development programs in Los Angeles. Currently, Andrew serves as a County Commissioner for Yolo County and a City Commissioner for West Sacramento’s Economic Development & House Commission. Peter Bell

Peter has over 20 years of experience in entrepreneurship in 3 different Start-Ups as CEO Founder or Co-Founder, including a biofuels company with country singer, Willie Nelson. Peter's experience with 4 different university entrepreneurial cultures was gained while guiding the Renewable Fuel Products, Inc. technology development process through 4 university development groups, UC Davis, Stanford, UnB in Brazil and Iowa State University. Peter's skills in capital formation came from successfully raising millions of dollars in venture capital for both Flagship Systems and Renewable Fuel Products. Peter has extensive grant writing and research project management experience gained as co-principle investigator on a $450,000, 3 year research effort funded by the Iowa Energy Center to develop an end-to-end, fungi-to-fuel system, in partnership with Iowa State University. Peter's experience in crowd funding has been gained with investments in 14 Start-Ups, one successful exit from a “Unicorn” and many on-going investments in 1st title property loans.
Aaron Provencal

Aaron Provencal is a seasoned entrepreneur and investor. Aaron has achieved significant business success including: building and leading a restoration company with over 100 employees across two locations before selling to a national firm in 2021. Today, Aaron splits his time between consulting on mergers and acquisitions, managing a thriving house-flipping and real estate portfolio, and co-owning OsteoStrong Rancho Cordova, where he helps people improve bone density and quality of life. He also assists families and businesses in saving thousands annually on healthcare through Impact Health Sharing, and is launching innovative products manufactured in Vietnam, including AirGuard Blower. Passionate about helping others succeed, Aaron serves on the Rancho Cordova Chamber of Commerce Board and its Political Action Committee. He brings a people-first mindset, entrepreneurial drive, and a genuine commitment to community impact.
Stephen Souza

Stephen Souza is an entrepreneur and real estate investor. Stephen was a Former City Council-Member for the City of Davis from 2004 to 2012. For over 30 years, Stephen has worked as a public servant and advocate championing environmental sustainability causes including: the Davis Solar Farm, the Davis Hybrid Electric Vehicle Plan, and the Sustainable Public Lighting System project. Stephen is also an entrepreneur and small business owner. Stephen is currently the President of the Davis Democratic Club and sits on numerous boards.
Ruth Asmundson

Dr. Ruth Asmundson served as Mayor of the City of Davis from 2004-2006 and again from 2008-2010. Ruth was the first female Filipino migrant to be elected into the position of mayor in an American city. As a Fullbright Scholar, she earned here MS degree in Chemistry from Wilkes University in Pennsylvania and later a PHD in Agricultural Chemistry from University of California Davis, again as a Fullbright Scholar. Ruth was also the first Asian to be elected to the school board in the City of Davis.
